Disliked: I didn’t mind leaving $100 deposit for the room til checkoutThey will look at every thing in the room before they give deposit backI left the room clean and nothing brokenThey had to find some reason to not give me at least some of the deposit back I was charged $40 for a washcloth they claim was stainedThey claimed they would not be able to get the stain outIt was just an excuse to keep some of the deposit

Liked: My room is clean orderly and will maintained. The bathroom was really clean and had fresh towels. I love the floors in the room. I had a king size bed and it was quite comfortable. The TV is a bit small but suitable. When I'm in that area again I will use this motel because of the affordability.
Disliked: He added $100 security deposit on my credit card was a shock when I arrived. I still haven't seen that credited back to my credit card yet.

Upsetting
Disliked: Charging a $100 security deposit is outrageous. The clerk said it was to cover damage and would be refunded in three days if no damage was found. That's absurd! The room was a dump with quite a bit of gouged walls with plaster showing through. I had the clerk come to the room to have it documented. The clerk then said they don't really inspect the room but check the towels for stains and charge $15 per towel. Bizarre! Stained towels are just a cost of doing business for a hotel. At check out, I had the front desk clerk inspect the room and towels and refund the $100 before I left. A very poor experience.
