Liked: Location, food, friendly staff, n cleanliness

Clean and modern, but beware...

Liked: Propertry is clean. Facilitiies are modern. Free dinner buffet is a nice touch. Nice breakfast buffet.
Disliked: I arrived just after 8 pm... apparently just after they locked the front door. Since there was no one in the front desk area, I tapped on the glass not once, but twice before someone appeared. She rudely scolded me for knocking on the window. Hey... 8 pm is not that late... give a weary traveler a break!Didn't like the $50 pet fee or $50 damage deposit. (Hey... you have my CC on file, so why do I need to "pre-pay" for damages I didn't cause?)Microwave turntable didn't work. Toilet backed up. AC outlets on the desk didn't work. The day manager gave me a $40 credit for that.

My stay was excellent and...

Liked: Julie, Detra, Theresa were all very nice. Julie has excellent Customer skills and makes you feel very welcome at at ease. Her laughter is infectious. Detra manages the kitchen and has things very organized and clean. She gives excellent suggestions for breakfast and is very . Her breakfast suggestion kept me going all day. Theresa keeps the place running very efficiently. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Give Julie a pay raise.
Disliked: The security guard needs not to interrupt the front desk person when she is speaking with Customers. She should attend to her duties. Thank you

Exceptional

Great hotel with great staff...

Liked: Rooms were very spacious and breakfast and lounge areas (especially on the 5th floor) were great.
Disliked: The bathroom floor was a bit dirty and the refrigerator was leaking onto the tile. There was no ice in the ice machine on our floor during our entire stay.

Worth every penny!

Liked: The convenience of the location next to I-10. The room and entirety of the hotel are very clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The free dinner and free alcoholic beverage are beyond. Great breakfast selection. Everything is great. Will definitely stay again and surely recommend to our friends and family.
Disliked: Nothing.
