Pleasant | 3.2 out of 5

Pros: Friendly staff, good location.
Cons: The price is way too high for what you get. My blinds were not working, and one side of the curtains were not working. However we called the maintenance man to the room and he was very friendly and nice and fixed the issue. There are more attention to details missing, such as different hues and wattages of light bulbs in the rooms. In two symmetrical lamps, one was softly yellow light, and the other was super bright white light. Also the bed skirts on one of the beds was put on very haphazardly. The hotel was very expensive, I assume for the location. & I was shocked to discover a $25 per night parking fee when I arrived.

Pros: Liked the location and having the Friday's downstairs open for breakfast lunch & dinner.
Cons: No parking, heater in room was broken, staff was kind of cold, piano echoed at night when ppl were playing around on it, valet always clogged up the entrance, not enough towels for 2 ladies, sundries were over priced - I basically felt gouged and cold the entire trip. Maybe the room could include a parking spot in the garage/lot for free could be nice. I felt the people at the Restaurant were nicer and more accommodating than hotel staff.

Okay | 2.9 out of 5

Pros: Staff was very helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. Cookies were a nice touch on checking in.
Cons: Our room looked like it might have been somewhat updated but poorly done. Bathroom door was touched up in several spots but with the wrong colored paint. Should have painted the whole door instead of touch up with wrong paint. Door was a wooden door. Should be replaced with a heavier duty door for more privacy. Paint on Ac duct missed spots. Just very poorly done. Every time a adjacent rooms door was closed vibrated the whole wall of our room. Just terrible and will not recommend or stay there again.

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: The beds were hard, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. My husband and I tossed all night because the bed was so uncomfortable to the point we woke up with crooks in our neck.
