Liked: The staff was kind and welcoming
Disliked: The room was clean, but not to the standards you would expect after paying almost 500$ for a hotel stay. The hotel itself is old, so I cannot fault them for that. But the state of the room was shocking. The floorboards were covered in dust. Around the bottom of the shower was caked in wet dirt from other people showering. The ceiling of the shower was caving in, and pieces of the ceiling were on the floor of the shower, as the ceiling was peeling away from lack of proper ventilation.

Liked: View, bed and shower all excellent. Staff all excellent.
Disliked: No signage telling you to check in before trying to park. The Pool was not open, one elevator broken, bar not open Sunday night, no breakfast on Monday morning (we had pre-paid), TV service was rubbish, no TV guide and no on-demand movies, Only one scrappy piece of soap, and no bathrobes as promised in upgrade offer. Not one piece of information in the room about the hotel and the local area.
