Hopefully, upon completion of the hotel renovation, there will be better customer service at the front desk. Had to have my key re-coded 3 times - very inconvenient to the customer.

Liked: Brand new room and beds - very nice; lobby bartender was very friendly.
Disliked: Doing construction - very unorganized with furniture all over the lobby, etc. Hotel desk clerks could have been friendlier - both ladies were on their cell phones texting instead of greeting customers standing in line to check in.

Hotel front desk could have done a better job with customer service. Had to have our keys recoded twice. Bartender was very nice and made a great connection with us.

Liked: Rooms were clean.
Disliked: Hotel was doing renovation.

Disliked: Not enough elevators; smoking rooms did not have Select Comfort beds.

Very pleasant and suited our...

Liked: The ambience in the lobby was great. The room was clean but the beds and pillow were super comfortable, Staff were really helpful about some cultural questions, changing bills, and early check out. Food was good.
Disliked: Food service a little tardy.

Great stay.

Liked: The room was silent. We didn't hear anyone walking or talking in the hall outside our room.. We also didn't hear toilets flushing or water running like some other hotel rooms.

Disliked: What I didn’t like is why are we paying for parking? It’s ridiculous and then on top of that they’re charging you tax didn’t really care for that. Also, I did not like that the room smelled didn’t go away even though they came and gave us some stuff to spray in the room, and when you put the air on, it still was like a sticky like swamp cooler it wasn’t the best.

Liked: The staff was friendly and tried. The veiw was nice.
Disliked: The room felt dirty. There was paper peeling in the bathroom. There was a hole in the ceiling. There was no menu for room service. I was told I should be able to find a 'qr' code on the bedstand. There was not. Staff brought me the qr code and the wifi was so bad it did not work. It took an hour for me to get a menu and I was very hungry and no desire to go to a restaurant. The television was disappointing the channels offered.
