Liked: The front desk person (Jason) was not professional. I asked to check in after 3pm and his reply was" to be honest the housekeeping is moving slow and I don't have a room of your type available " He didn't look in the system just dismissed me. Then I said I want to purchase a drink and his response was " to be honest you need to walk over to the corner store, it's cheaper " I again said I wanted to purchase the drink and he became flustered and asked someone else to ring it up. That person also checked me into my room and did not provide any excuses and was kind and courteous. Jason should not be at the front desk working with guests he is not very professional.
Disliked: The front desk service and the resteraunt did not have half of the menu items available however the staff was nice and kind about it.
