yuck and frustrating due to...

Liked: It was pretty bad to say the least. We were booked in and the receptionist didn't take the deposit which should have been a red flag but he also indicated that the pool was not open due to an "inspection". The reason we booked that room was because of the indoor pool and free breakfast. Breakfast was not supplied either. The first room we were shown did not have a bathroom door, the room had a bad smell, moldy coffee in the coffee pot, burns and stains in the bedding, television and telephone didn't work. We were shown a second room which was just as bad and didn't have a fridge. The 3rd room was better but the toilet didn't flush, the bedding was still in bad bad condition (blood stains, burns, smell).

Liked: Was just a place to sleep.
Disliked: The toilet didn't work. Staff didn't speak english. Brought me a plunger and didn't try to fix the toilet. The toilet had a short in the water hose. sheets on the bed had green candy on them. Walls had pink slime were children have been playing in the room in the walls in the ceiling hadn't been cleaned.

Disliked: The pictures on the app are very deceiving, nothing like it shows. The rooms were dirty there were roaches and beds very uncomfortable. We had to cut the stay short
