Liked: We loved the location, the convenience of the restaurant downstairs as well as the hotel ambiance. The show we had in our room was AAAAmazingly nice!! Très magnifique
Disliked: We wanted either floor to ceiling window with a view of the lake or a balcony and because your hotel offered a balcony we chose your hotel. Our suit came with two and to our dismay they were sealed shut and could not be accessed

Lovely hotel that needs an...

Liked: The hotel is in a great location and we stayed there last year. The hotel area was nice including the restaurant. The room was cleaned during our stay with fresh towels. The bed was comfortable. We enjoy our stay.
Disliked: I was disappointed to see the hotel especially the room to look so different and old in a one year spent. The shower was leaking water. The furniture was old and look old, with sketches on sides. This room had a standing shelf that was broke and very hard to use. But the surrounding was obviously visible.

Liked: Excellent room with large floor to ceiling windows, huge and comfortable bed. Overall very clean. The location was amazing. We walked to and from the hotel.
Disliked: The curtain between the bathroom and the room. I think a proper wall between the bathroom and bedroom would give people more privacy. It was uncomfortable. It'd also be good to have complimentary water in the room. Also the sound in the elevator - the beeping at each floor - was very annoying.

Liked: This hotel was in a perfect spot! So close to so many restaurants, shopping, and just a 5 min walk to public transportation. The staff were all so helpful and even gave us an upgraded room for our anniversary.

I liked the location but...

Liked: I liked the location. It was close to everything I needed and wanted.
Disliked: The room seemed moldy and had a very strong moldy smell.
