Liked: I had a couple walk into my room because it was double booked. My kids were scared. The staff didn’t seem it care. My mom has a disability sticker and there wasn’t enough spaces and people who didn’t have one took up all the spots. My mom spoke to them and they just brushed it off.
Disliked: They also didn’t add no discounts or nothing after having this experience.

Hotel great, neighbours were terrible.

Liked: Location and room size were great!
Disliked: Our floor had children running and screaming down the hall until 10:30. I had to be awake at 5am and was woken up from my sleep because of it.

Wonderful stay at the Courtyard...

Liked: Central location, close to shops and walking distance to the falls.The gym was open and able to exercise anytime of the day.
Disliked: Main parking entry to the property was blocked in the front of the hotel, it was a bit confusing without visible signs in both ways of the road.
