Acceptable place to stay if...

Liked: Location is perfect. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: When we arrived the staff member at the counter was engaged in her phone. She did not acknowledge our presence. After 3 minutes she finally asked us about our reservation. That was very rude. Early next morning on our way out I told the staff member at the desk that the shower soap dispenser was empty. I told them our room number. That dispenser was never refilled. The lobby, especially close to the elevators, smelled like bleach all the time. The lobby also looked quite shabby.

Disliked: I wish I was closer to downtown and free breakfast with the price you pay to stay,no shampoo in the room but 2 conditioners.
