Mediocre hotel at best. But considering the prices of the other hotels it isn't too bad. I've stayed here twice.

Liked: Easily accessible and close enough to the Pageant for a no hassle trip after the show.
Disliked: Weird smell throughout most of the building.

Liked: Rainfall shower was amazing! Really liked the decor of the room.
Disliked: Didn’t like the grab and go breakfast options or having to pay for parking.

Liked: When I booked online I booked a balcony an when I got there I was charged for an executive suite with a balcony where it clearly shows online. Then when I got there I was informed their executive suites don't have balcony I said well it says you do online the manager was very rude called me a liar over the phone an said well don't stay here then an I said I won't an I want my $288 back an he said ok an I still haven't received it back in my account an I didn't even stay there... an mind you iv stayed there 4 times for doc appointments. I showed they employee on duty where it clearly showed the balcony on my reservation
Disliked: The manager was rude an unprofessional an shouldn't call customers liars when they are telling the truth
