Our stay was not what it should have been for the price we paid.

Liked: Location was easy to get to.
Disliked: Our children received a rash from the pool. The front desk was not friendly. The staff was not prepared for how busy the hotel was. I tried to get a price math due to traveling for Energy dance competition. They were not helpful. We had didnt have sheets, pillows or comforter for pull out bed. For $9.95 you did not receive much for breakfast.

Very comfortable stay and friendly staff

Liked: Staff was amazing and very nice very clean and well organized property
Disliked: There was a dance thing going on in town so there were little girls running around the hotel all night giggling and screaming would figure there is a quite time at hotels

Perfect

Liked: Location was excellent for quick travel between Cleveland and Canton for weekend.
Disliked: Our room was disgusting. Staff was rude/unhelpful. There were literally rodent nests in hallway and tracks/feces along edge of hall. Have photos of this. Our room was dirty and poorly stocked. Maid entered room every day but did nothing except empty trash
