We always stay at the best Western in Los Gatos, and it is overall comfortable convenient and pleasant.

Liked: The bed is really comfortable and the place is overall clean. The breakfast is really good in the morning. The staff is very friendly.
Disliked: The hot water did not get hot very quickly in the shower. There was a musty smell, likely from the carpet that had to be aired out when I first got in the room. The pool was not heated and was not very clean.
