Liked: The guest attendant when we checked in was very friendly
Disliked: Booked a queen room and they said it wasn't available. Breakfast was smallest I've seen for Holiday Inn. Very fun down in spots. For the price one of must expensive stays at a Holiday Inn.

Liked: The beds were so comfortable!Housekeeping gave extra coffee, etc. Very helpful also as was the lady that checked us in.
Disliked: Microwave didn't work. A paper tv guide would have been nice.

Would recommend and we stay...

Liked: We were very pleased with this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, room clean and cleaned everyday. Excellent mattress!
Disliked: The only concern was the slippery tub. Maybe from the soft water?

Disliked: I paid for a suite but the hotel switched me to a regular room without notice and no refund of the price difference. The staff at the front desk said they’d have someone call but I haven’t heard anything.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent! We really enjoyed it; in fact it helped us to make the decision to stay there again.
Disliked: When we arrived they gave us a key to a room which was occupied. We opened the door and someone was in there.
