This hotel cancelled my reservation...

Disliked: This hotel cancelled my reservation without an exeption. I have 2 kids 1 yr old and 3 yr old, and we drove 16 hours from california. We were counting on this hotel to accomodate us for my kids to sleep even for few hours. But this hotel do not have a heart and sold my reservation to other customer just because we arrived at 2am. I made a reservation with pre payment, meaning i will pay at the property upon arrival. This hotel is not reliable at all.

Disliked: The hotel is a bit tired, when we arrive the hot water was out. The door to the pool never worked. The room had various things that were broken or wore out. The bed and pillows were lumpy. You get what you pay for, and while I believe this place was a great stay for the value, there are little things that could be improved to dramatically improve the quality of the stay...

Disliked: The horrible on going noise above my head tell after 1 in the morning. Non stop could hear the TV

Disliked: The bathroom sink didn't drain good, no hand soap, toilet paper was out when we checked into the room, they hadn't replaced it when they cleaned.
