Liked: First time in Kalamazoo, decent location to downtown, has a nice pool and hot tub for the kids.
Disliked: Had one bad experience with staff member, Lou from the kitchen who was not very understanding about using the toaster an hour before breakfast time due to me having to leave early to run the Kalamazoo marathon. Very rude and unpleasant.

Disliked: The elevator seemed like it needed servicing.

Pricey for what you get...

Liked: Easy check in. The coffee station is nice.
Disliked: Light came in all around the door. So even if you put towels on the floor it doesn’t help. There was no blackout curtain. The air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud. No breakfast until after 7.
