Liked: Great, classic New Orleans feel. Beautiful courtyard, wonderful breakfast and staff was very nice!
Disliked: A/C didn't cool as much as we would have liked.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to issues or concerns. They all were great just to talk with
Disliked: We had a few issues. The fauct was leaking and maint. never fixed it. Not a real bad leak but enough that anytime we used it, we had to dry up the water. but other stuff was taken care of quickly. I wish the staff had a little more knowledge of New Orleans. We had a lot of questions about where to go to eat, drink and music. That we never really got good answers to but please do not hold that against them. They were very nice people and you are lucky to have them.

A well priced hotel in the French Quarter

Liked: Staff were great and helpful. Secure access to hotel. Breakfast each morning was lovely. Room was a decent size and had standard amenities. Pool was quite busy.
Disliked: Air conditioning unit was extremely noisy. Would be nice to be able to purchase food onsite.

Would definitely consider staying there again if we return to that area.

Liked: The staff was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was very good and varied, which was nice. Not too important when only spending 1-2 nights. However, with several days, a variety of the breakfast options was very appreciated. The courtyard was lovely and we enjoyed having breakfast there.
Disliked: When we arrived in our room, the regrigerator would not work. I called to report and almost immediately the mtnce fellow was there, checked it and reported a new one was needed. He promptly put in a brand new frig and it was great. The chest of drawers needs to be replaced. The drawers on it would not stay closed, always open. He tried to shim it but they didn't stay. That was frustrating.

Liked: Room 346 was exceptionally quite and very well maintained.Hotel location was excellent for us walkers
