Disappointing

Disliked: The parking lot was confusing and difficult to maneuver in and had poor access to the front door. Our A/C unit would not cool much and the TV remote did not work and the TV volume would not turn down. The room above ours was very loud jumping, banging noises throughout the night at 1230a.m. through 530a.m. disrupting my family and I throughout the night. The room its self was clean and spacious though; however the floor was extremely uneven with a dip in it like there was a hole.

Good place downtown

Liked: Close to downtown museums and the one or two bars Jackson has. Plenty of food outlets and a gas station close by. Good wifi. Free car parking.

Liked: It was very easy to get to, the staff was friendly to us.
Disliked: It was a little noisy when trying to sleep. Also, the fridge didn't work.

Liked: The breakfast was very good. Gated, fenced parking lot. Shower was hot and plenty of pressure. Quiet.
Disliked: Front desk staff less than attentive. Some homeless guy wandered in at breakfast one day and got on the elevator with us and asked for bus fare.
