I will NEVER stay at...

Liked: The only thing I liked about the property was the fact that it was right next to Waffle House.
Disliked: Well for starters, my booking reservation was cancelled without any notice, so when I got to Tallahassee after driving 3 hours from Orlando in the middle of the night, we had to spend an hour trying to get into another room. The worker at the desk showed no empathy or even tried to provide any other answers/solutions other than the property doesn’t have to notify customers if the booking is cancelled. Nor was it communicated with me that my booking would be cancelled if we didn’t check in by 12 and they were unable to charge my card. NONE of this information was given to me prior to booking or after my reservation was confirmed. Needless to say, we had to spend extra money that we really didn’t have like that due to the property not properly communicating.
