Superb

Nice hotel and location but...

Liked: Nice hotel, staff checking in was excellent.
Disliked: The valet service the last day was horrible. They had ONE poor guy trying to service everyone which was an ultimate fail. We had to take a taxi to our venue or we would have missed the event we traveled to Baltimore for. Poor staffing IS the hotel's fault. We paid for valet service that was useless AND then had to pay another $25.00 for a taxi.

Liked: Fantastic location. Great staff. Easy to get around, lovely bars/restaurant around property.
Disliked: The elevators weren't secured. Anyone could enter and get to floors.
