Pros: The coffee maker stand in our room made it easier for us to make coffee.
Cons: We came for the TESOL convention, but they didn't honour it, so we had to pay the rate as others.

Pros: Comfy bed. Location was close to Inner Harbor, but far enough to not have noise issues. Might be different during baseball season. Bartenders were both excellent, friendly, and made my drinks perfectly.
Cons: Furnishings were worn: scratched dresser, hinges broken on cabinet. Parking expensive: another review mentioned $20 per day, but I was charged $28! Breakfast buffet was lacking and costly for what was available: cereal, muffins, fruit, some kind of sandwich that was not described. The kind of buffet that other hotels don't charge anything for. Reception staff was impatient and on the edge of rude. She had trouble finding my reservation, and wasn't sure if I was pre-paid. She got testy while I was searching for my booking email.

Pros: Great location - 10minutes to inner harbor and lexington market bu walk- and clean room.
Cons: not proficient staff - when I stayed at that hotel, heating system was out of order. I wasn't able to use hot water so couldn't take a shower at all. Staff just kept repeat she can't help me to solve this situation.

Pros: The location was OK.
Cons: For the first two nights I was in a room (7.21) with such a loud electrical hum I felt like I was in Guantanamo Bay. Even with ear plugs a pillow on my head sleep was near impossible. For my final three nights I was moved to a quieter room. Both rooms were small.
