Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Lots of stuff to do in close proximity. We were there for an event at the BMO Harris Center, which is only a couple of blocks away.

We stayed here for a concert we were attending nearby. We had asked for non-down bedding (allergy to down) - this is something that has never been a problem. We not only had to ask twice but when we got back to our room that night, it had not been switched. We called the desk, were talked to very rudely and told that they could not help us. My girlfriend is so allergic she would have had to sleep on the floor. After talking on the phone to the night manager who didn't want to help, we found a worker who got us some blankets - it was now 3 in the morning. Also the room and bathroom were very poorly cleaned. There were no extras - not even a continental breakfast. For the price, poor service and staff I would never recommend this hotel to anyone ever. And I will go out of my way to make sure no one else makes the mistake of staying there.

Great hotel. Great view. Only thing is be ready for an expensive valet parking, but if you have the cash to for it. I just wasn't prepared for that but next Time I will be. I would totally get a room here again
