l Food always hot and served promptly. Staff is friendly and helpful. A place serves the best French fries in town.

l Had to wait 8-10 minutes for order. Only one other customer in store. Should have been fresh because of wait, but burgers were old and stale and cold.....and did not even taste like a White Castle.

l We got white castle burgers during the breakfast time. They obviously were not fresh. The tasted exactly like when we take too may of them home and heat them up the next day.
