l While I have wanted to visit up bar for some time, we didn't know why...lol Employees were up, and almost everything else was down. Food was boring n tables rocked while trying to eat.

l This is located on the 7th floor /rooftop of the Elements hotel. They charge $25/for daily valet parking or street parking = $2/2 hours if you can find open spaces. I was surprised there are no...
