Yes, our chefs are always excited about crawfish season! Especially TRIBUTE Chef de Cuisine Jeff Boudreaux, who is from Morgan City, Louisiana. We've rolled out some favorites - Crawfish Bisque with Garlic Toast, Crawfish Hushpuppies, and a new Crawfish Cake with Roasted Corn Maque Choux and Spring Onion Remoulade. No peeling required!
Serving dishes inspired by great chefs, cultures and families from north, south and east of our borders, TRIBUTE’s food is called “Tex-Lex” and is food Houstonians love to eat.
Try the Brioche Texas Toast or Boudin Eggs Benedict for breakfast, Boudreaux’s Crispy Shrimp Po-Boy for lunch or Post Oak Wood grilled steaks, Gulf Coast Oysters or the Kings Inn Salad.
