About Tria Wash West
The Spotlight on Tria Wash West

Casual Wine Bar Charm in the Heart of Midtown Village

Tria Wash West is a cozy, European-style wine bar tucked into Philadelphia’s vibrant Midtown Village. Just a short walk from some of the city’s biggest concert venues, it's a go-to spot for anyone looking to sip and savor before the show. With a laid-back vibe, an ever-changing list of artisan wines, and a creative menu of small plates and cheeses, Tria combines comfort with just the right touch of sophistication.

Why Concert-goers love it

Concert-goers love Tria Wash West for its quick and friendly service, making it easy to grab a bite and a glass of wine without missing the opening act. While it’s not a place for loud crowds, its mellow atmosphere is perfect for unwinding before heading into the high energy of a live show. Its central location means you’re within walking distance of many major venues, so you won’t need to stress about transportation or parking.

Who this Restaurant is great for

  • Groups of friends looking to catch up over wine and cheese before the show
  • Solo travelers wanting a welcoming, low-key spot to relax
  • Couples planning a romantic pre-concert evening
  • Fans who enjoy a sophisticated but casual vibe before the music starts
  • Budget-conscious music lovers who appreciate quality without the fuss

What People Say

Reviews on TripAdvisor and OpenTable highlight Tria’s knowledgeable staff, “fantastic wine selection,” and “perfectly curated cheese boards.” Guests appreciate the cozy, intimate setting and say it’s ideal for a quiet conversation or light meal. Many call it a “hidden gem” that feels like a neighborhood favorite, even for first-timers.

Areas for Improvement

Tria doesn’t take reservations, so it can fill up quickly—especially on concert nights. Seating is mostly small tables, which may not suit larger groups hoping for a long dinner. Also, if you're looking for a full meal, the menu leans more toward small plates than hearty entrees.

The Bottom Line

For concert-goers looking for a relaxed, wine-focused spot with great bites and no hassle, Tria Wash West hits all the right notes.
