l phoned to order told me 25 mins so left it 30, got there waited another half hour, got hame n it was freezing cold, partner got a burger the meat was shocking, I got a pizza that was out of Asda...

l Brought the wrong drink order. Charged £2.95 for a pint of soda water rather than half pint ordered. Had no olives or artichokes for the choice of pizza ordered. Paid for drinks, £6.90 for bottle...
