The Union is a cosy, British restaurant originally built in 1401. It was named in the early 1700s to commemorate the union between England and Scotland.
We specialise in top quality steaks, using pure British stock that has been 30-day aged to give a fantastic flavour and texture. We also offer local fresh fish from the Rye and Hastings fleet and an exciting range of vegan and vegetarian options.
