After enjoying an amazing matinee performance at the Festival Theatre we wandered along to The Southsider for our dinner. Myself, my mum (in her 70s) and my daughter (7). So, a diverse crowd. We ordered Mac n Cheese for the grown ups and chicken goujons for the wee one. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. The salad was crisp and fresh with a delicious dressing. The server was attentive, checking in regularly but not too much. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals and it was great value.

Liked: The food and service was tip top. Can not fault anything.
Disliked: It was loud, but it’s a pub and we were there on a Saturday early evening. Although it was too loud for us, the service and food made up for it.
