l Health sanitation rate is 72.5. Eat at your own risk. You can look up via public record why so low. They try to hide the sanitation rating.

l Health sanitation rate is 75. They are covering it up so that you can't see it when you come in. Eat at your own risk. This is not a good representation for fine dining in Kernersville.
