l Terrible, just really terrible. Less is more in this case. Slow, have to beg for service, zero efficiency and no desire to do any better.

l We went for an Xmas late lunch and at this time of year expectations do need to be tempered, but even so. Soups were served cold, the risotto was so overcooked it was more like mash and the deserts...
