l Had a great night out with some friends. Service was especially good from Rukia. Very bubbly and smiley and made the whole experience more enjoyable even recommending drinks and informing us of deals...

l Had a quick stop off at the centurion in Essex on a long drive and had the most pleasant experience thanks to rukia, who was serving us on the bar!
