About Terzo
The Spotlight on Terzo

Chic Mediterranean Flavors Just Minutes from the Music

Located in San Francisco’s stylish Cow Hollow neighborhood, Terzo offers a warm, inviting take on Mediterranean dining just a short drive from many of the city's most popular concert venues. With a cozy, candle-lit interior and a menu focused on small plates and curated wines, it’s the perfect stop for a relaxed evening before the show.

Known for its blend of Italian, Spanish, and North African influences, Terzo delivers a rotating seasonal menu with standout dishes like lamb meatballs, grilled octopus, and house-made flatbreads. The intimate, neighborhood vibe makes it a favorite among locals and visitors looking to escape the crowds without straying too far from the action.

Why Concert-goers love it

Terzo is a great pre-show option thanks to its low noise level, efficient service, and proximity to popular music venues like The Masonic and The Fillmore. The small plates format means you can enjoy a full-flavored meal without the wait of a traditional dinner. Plus, the wine list is top-notch — ideal for a quick toast before heading to your event.

Who this Restaurant is great for

  • Groups of friends looking to share dishes and drinks before a concert
  • Solo travelers wanting a peaceful, delicious meal before a big night out
  • Couples enjoying a romantic weekend with a show on the side
  • Fans wanting a stylish but relaxed pre-show vibe
  • Budget-conscious music lovers who still want quality (many plates are shareable and well-priced)

What People Say

Guests on TripAdvisor and OpenTable rave about the exceptional service, flavorful dishes, and intimate atmosphere. Many mention it as a go-to spot before a show, thanks to the quick pacing and proximity to venues. The staff are frequently praised for being attentive without rushing guests — perfect for a pre-concert unwind.

Areas for Improvement

Some diners note that the portions can be on the smaller side, which is typical for small-plate dining. If you’re really hungry, ordering a few extra dishes or asking your server for recommendations helps. Parking can also be a challenge, so rideshare is your best bet on show nights.

The Bottom Line

Terzo is an ideal choice for concert-goers looking for flavorful Mediterranean bites, a laid-back setting, and fast, friendly service just minutes from the music.

l The decor/ambience, the service and the food were all excellent. We were a table of four and we had four small plates and four large plates. There wasn't a weak link among them.

l Love the outdoor "chic shed" dining. They even brought us a portable heater because it was a bit chilly outside. Loved the roasted beet salad, the tomato braised pork meatballs. Really good wine...
