l The service is excellent. But the quality of food is not topnotch as a Japanese top omakase restaurant. And there is very little and limited a la crate food to choose. They don't serve the best food...

l Absolutely no compassion and disgusting customer service. I booked for my fiance surprised birthday dinner. I even rang up during the week to confirm my booking as I didnt get a confirmation email...
