Spiga Cucina Italiana - ScottsdaleSpiga Cucina Italiana - Scottsdale, 7500 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Suite J125, Scottsdale |
Spiga Cucina Italiana brings the charm of a classic Italian trattoria to North Scottsdale with a warm, modern twist. Located just off Pinnacle Peak Road, it's a polished yet inviting spot offering handmade pastas, fresh seafood, and gourmet pizzas in a candlelit, rustic setting. With a focus on seasonal ingredients and a thoughtful wine list, Spiga offers an elevated but approachable dining experience that fits perfectly into any concert night itinerary.
Quick yet quality service means you can enjoy a full, satisfying meal without stressing over showtime. Spiga is just a short drive from many of Scottsdale’s top music venues, making it a favorite for pre-show dining. The relaxed but refined atmosphere allows for great conversation, while the noise level stays low enough to actually hear each other. The restaurant also offers a well-paced dinner service that respects your time without rushing the experience.
Guests rave about the fresh, house-made pasta and the attentive, knowledgeable staff. The ambiance is described as “elegant but comfortable,” and many note that it’s a perfect place for a special meal without feeling too formal. Diners on OpenTable highlight the consistency of both food and service, making it a dependable choice before an evening out. Reviews also mention the excellent wine selection and the beautiful outdoor patio when the weather cooperates.
Some diners have noted that the lighting can be a bit dim for those who prefer a brighter dining experience. Others mention that while the menu is thoughtfully curated, it’s not extensive—so those seeking a wide range of options may want to check it in advance. Parking can be tight during peak hours, so arriving a bit early is a good idea.
Spiga Cucina Italiana is a cozy, upscale spot with fast service and authentic flavors—perfect for concert-goers looking to elevate their night out without adding stress to the schedule.

We wanted Italian, close to Highlands Church for a 7:30p.m concert with The Hot Sardines. Spiga was the place. We enjoyed every single bite of food. Pasta, Veal, Seafood, Salad. We shared. Four of us. A little wine all around and the pre-concert dinner turned out to be a concert in itself. Bravo Spiga Cucina Italiana.
Liked: Vibe was fantastic. Large, crowded, sound level perfect. Food was excellent, from steamers to salads to pasta to saltimbocca.
Disliked: There are no low points.
Spiga Cucina Italiana is #64 of 1316 things to do in Scottsdale
