We built our facility inside a prohibition era bank building. We are now starting its next chapter. Inside you will find a one-of-a-kind tasting room. Come in and enjoy our signature cocktails paired perfectly with our incredible food menu in a sophisticated environment. All spirits are house made. We feature local craft beers and local wine from Franklin Hill Vineyards. Come in for lunch, dinner, tastings, or just hang at the bar. Whatever you choose you will be amazed by the stunning view of our state-of-the-art distilling equipment.

I love the fact that the restaurant is in an old bank. The distilled spirits are fantastic (I had a gin and grapefruit cocktail). The dishes are well thought out, delicious food pairings. I had the halibut special of the day and it was perfect. Did not try dessert although I would have liked to but we felt a little rushed by our waitress due to it being Valentine's Day. But that doesn't take away from how exceptional everything else was. I really wish I didn't live so far from Bethlehem because this would be a definite go to for happy hours, dinners and late night.

Liked: The food, drinks and the atmosphere were absolutely amazing!
Disliked: Even though I made reservations a while in advance we were definitely getting the "hurry up vibe" from our waitress due to it being Valentine's Day.

I took a friend there for first time for both of us. Meals were wonderful, reasonably priced; we will be returning. She was surprised to know that this place existed. Parking in the side lot made the visit even more enjoyable, not worrying about feeding meters in a tough to park area.

Liked: The food was excellent; service excellent; amiable, engaging management.
Disliked: None.
