We waited for one hour after we ordered to get our food. The people at the table next to us had come in after we ordered, and their meal was served some time before we finally got our food. The chicken was tough and difficult to cut. The short ribs were dry. We were served cold mashed potatoes, which we sent back. They were returned later, luke-warm. Of course we had to eat fast because we had an event to attend at Segerstrom Hall. Not a good experience.
Disliked: We waited for one hour after we ordered to get our food.

Excellent food and service. Our server, Alex, was perfect. She was there when you needed her, not hovering all the time.
Liked: Food first and foremost and then the service.
Disliked: Not a thing.
