Just a short walk from key music venues and theaters, Salt is a go-to destination for concert-goers looking to dine in style before or after a show.
With a menu that highlights sustainable seafood, craft cocktails, and a curated wine list, this restaurant delivers a refined yet relaxed atmosphere that's perfect for both special occasions and spontaneous nights out.
Salt’s central location makes it an ideal stop for a pre-show meal or a nightcap after the encore. Guests love the quick, attentive service, making it easy to grab a satisfying bite without missing the opening act. Even when the dining room is bustling, the noise level remains moderate, allowing for conversation without shouting over background music or chatter. The bar is lively but never overwhelming, offering a vibrant energy that matches the excitement of a concert night.
Reviewers on TripAdvisor and OpenTable rave about the freshness of the seafood, particularly the oysters, and the elevated yet approachable menu. The lobster mac & cheese and crab cakes come highly recommended, while many highlight the friendly staff and sleek ambiance as standout features. Diners also appreciate the consistently good service, even during peak hours.
Some guests mention that parking can be tricky during busy nights, so it's best to plan ahead or use a nearby garage. A few also noted that the space can feel a bit tight when fully booked, but most agree the energy adds to the experience rather than detracting from it.
Salt Seafood & Oyster Bar is a smart, stylish pick for concert-goers craving fresh seafood, quick service, and a vibrant downtown vibe just steps from the action.

We had no expectations walking in and were blown away. We had an incredible dinner before leaving for a show, and loved it so much that we returned for dessert and coffee a few hours later! We had thought that the seafood tower was the highlight until they torched the creme brulee cheesecake at the table. Wow!
