l Waitress add 15% gratuity on top of the bill, but she did not advise me that gratuity already added, she just hand me the card machine with an option to pay tips, I add another 20% on top of the 15...

l I go there often as I live close by. However, they havent change their menu nor have made any improvement for over two years and everything looks the same. I wish they can make some improvement...
