'Friends don't let friends eat frozen fish' is the mantra at Red Fish Grill, Ralph Brennan's vibrant, seafood-centric landmark which delivers locally-sourced, seasonally fresh, innovative twists on Gulf fish, oysters, shrimp, crab, and crawfish and anchors the first block of Bourbon Street. Named one of the nation's 'Best Seafood Restaurants' by Travel Leisure and readers of USA Today (and 9x 'Best Oyster Po-boy' winner at the New Orleans Po Boy Festival), Red Fish Grill has dominated the French Quarter seafood scene for over 20 years. Polished-casual service co-stars alongside Chef Chris Vazquez's signature menu featuring our namesake Hickory Grilled Redfish, Alligator Sausage & Seafood Gumbo, flash-fried BBQ Oysters in Crystal butter sauce, and decadent Double Chocolate Bread Pudding, AKA - 'the 8th wonder of the world'. Red Fish Grill's festive décor, expansive bar, oyster bar, and laid-back vibe offer a perfect prelude to or occasion for a night in the Quarter.
