l Had a reservation and they were unable to accommodate us. Offered a spot at the fully occupied bar. Appreciated junior employee’s apology, disappointed by response of more senior empliyee.

l We’ve been to Ravens View dozens of times over the past few years. It is a beautiful setting and we enjoy the live music. However service has seriously deteriorated over the past few visits...
