Petros82 brings a modern twist to Mediterranean seafood in the heart of Toronto's Entertainment District. Located at 299 Adelaide Street West, this stylish, upscale restaurant blends Greek-inspired flavors with high-end presentation and service. With a sleek, contemporary interior, moody lighting, and a welcoming bar area, Petros82 delivers a polished yet comfortable dining experience that feels special without being stuffy.
Just a short walk from major Toronto venues, Petros82 makes it easy to grab an elegant meal before a show. The restaurant’s layout creates a lively yet not-too-loud atmosphere—ideal for pre-show excitement without shouting over your food. Guests note that the service is efficient and accommodating, making it a solid choice for time-conscious diners heading to an event. Plus, the extensive wine and cocktail list is perfect for a celebratory start to the evening.
Reviewers rave about the quality of the seafood, particularly the grilled octopus, branzino, and oysters. The ambiance is frequently described as “sophisticated but fun,” and staff earn praise for being both friendly and knowledgeable. Many guests mention that it’s a go-to spot for special occasions, with a menu that feels indulgent yet approachable.
Some diners note that while the food is top-notch, prices can be a bit steep—especially for à la carte items. A few guests mention that weekend evenings can get busy, so reservations are highly recommended to avoid long waits. If you’re looking for a super casual bite, this may feel a bit too polished.
For concert-goers craving refined seafood and a vibrant, upscale vibe just minutes from Toronto’s top venues, Petros82 hits all the right notes.

The food was average. Using the web for wine price per glass was difficult to find. UI was not user friendly. The menu was not your typical Greek food. We wanted to pay split the bill (i.e. pay for 4 persons and 3 persons). The server could not do this. We had to pay individually. I paid for 4 people separately.
Disliked: The online wine list price was hard to figure out by glass. The house wine was not good.
