Palma - Phoenix delivers a bold blend of Asian fusion cuisine and lush, palm-filled ambiance right in the heart of downtown. Just a short walk from Phoenix’s biggest concert venues, this spot is a favorite for locals and visitors looking to start their night with energy and flavor. With a chic outdoor courtyard, stylish indoor lounge, and a DJ spinning in the evenings, Palma feels like a mini getaway in the middle of the city.
Location is everything for music fans, and Palma nails it. Nestled in the Roosevelt Row Arts District, it’s just minutes from major venues, making it a top pick for pre-show dinners or post-concert drinks. The vibe is lively but not too loud, so you can still chat with your crew. The menu features quick-share plates and cocktails that come out fast, so you won't risk missing your opener. Plus, the open-air design is perfect for soaking in warm Phoenix nights before heading to a show.
Reviewers rave about the fun, tropical atmosphere, attentive service, and flavorful Asian-inspired dishes. Favorites include the bao buns, duck fried rice, and creative cocktails. Many guests mention it's a great place to “start the night” and love the Instagram-worthy decor. Staff is frequently praised as friendly and fast, especially during busy weekend hours.
Some guests note that the trendy ambiance means it can get a bit crowded during peak times, especially on weekends. Reservations are recommended. Others mention that the music can be a little loud indoors, so opt for the courtyard if you want a more relaxed vibe.
Palma is a vibrant, stylish pick for concert-goers looking for quick service, great food, and an atmosphere that keeps the energy going before the show.

Food and service were both amazing; reasonable prices. Sushi and salad were great. The Splash drink was mouthwatering. The popcorn chicken and loaded sweet potato waffle fries appetizers were the best parts!
