Olio e Più is a cozy, rustic Italian restaurant nestled on Greenwich Avenue in New York City’s West Village. Inspired by the trattorias of Southern Italy, it’s known for its warm ambiance, wood-fired pizzas, and homemade pastas. Just a short walk from several iconic concert venues, it's a favorite for locals and visitors alike looking to enjoy classic Italian cuisine in a charming setting.
With its leafy outdoor patio and inviting interior, Olio e Più offers a relaxed yet lively vibe. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite before a show or lingering over a romantic dinner, it delivers on both atmosphere and authenticity.
Proximity is key—Olio e Più is just minutes from major music venues in the Village and downtown Manhattan. The service is known for being efficient but never rushed, making it easy to enjoy a satisfying meal without missing the opening act. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance: lively enough to get you excited for the show, but not so loud you can’t hear your tablemates. For early birds, there's a robust brunch menu, and late diners will appreciate the extended evening hours.
Reviewers rave about the authentic Italian flavors, especially the cacio e pepe and margherita pizza. Guests love the charming outdoor seating and describe the ambiance as "like being in Italy." Service is frequently mentioned as attentive and quick, ideal for those on a schedule. The wine list gets high marks, and many diners note it’s their go-to spot before an evening out in the city.
Some guests mention that the restaurant can get busy during peak hours, so reservations are recommended, especially on concert nights. Outdoor seating is popular and can be limited, while indoor tables may feel a bit tight when the place fills up. Prices are on the higher end for casual dining, but most agree the quality justifies the cost.
Olio e Più is a top pick for concert-goers craving delicious Italian food, a vibrant setting, and quick, friendly service—all just steps from NYC’s music scene.

My entree was ravioli in a limoncello sauce. So tasty and unusual. The chocolate dessert was decadent. When opened it gushed a stream of warm chocolate and it included hazelnuts and an orange liqueur. Amazing.
Liked: The delicious food and the tree filled restaurant provided a lovely ambiance.
Disliked: None.
