Maple Tree Inn was awarded the very prestigious honor of being named in the "Top 50 Southern Restaurants In America" by OpenTable in 2018. Housed in a historic building circa 1890, the Maple Tree Inn transports you to New Orleans immediately upon entering. From the 19th Century gorgeous Brunswick Bar, to a historic, fully restored tin ceiling, to the 14 ft alligator above the bar, the Maple Tree Inn makes you feel as if you are in New Orleans. As second-generation restaurateurs born and raised in the business, we are committed to the art of Cajun/Creole cooking & maintaining our status as the first and longest-running Cajun/Creole restaurant in Chicagoland. Our food is prepared in-house, from our Smoked Andouille Sausage, Jambalaya, & Étouffée, to our famous Hickory Buttered BBQ Shrimp & Grits. Our drink selection features signature New Orleans cocktails, such as the Hurricane & Creole Voodoo Zombie, 8 boutique wines on draft, and a carefully curated list of 24 craft beers on draught.
