Lucia's Berkeley

A disaster. We had a 12:30 reservation and arrived at 12:45, having had a little trouble finding it. We were seated immediately and ordered shortly thereafter. At 1:30, after several cries of "It'll be right up", we had still not been served, so I went around the corner to will call, returning at 1:40 - still no food. We had to leave to meet our party and get our seats, unfed. They were good enough to apologize profusely and not to charge us for the small amount of wine which they had served.
