l Nice decor. Service good. Good mediocre. Late lunch. Enchilada, taco had no zing. Chorizo tacos better, but black beans had no depth of flavor. Iceberg lettuce limp.

l Don't remember for sure now what we ordered, but my meal could be substituted for black beans instead of refried beans. Instead of substitution, it was a cup of black beans. No special seasonings...

l Food is OK. Error with order. Server forged tip. BEWARE If you go there use cash only. Management offered NO apology.
