Two of us visited and the waitress was friendly and brought our food quickly. Then a large birthday party came in and it was downhill from there. We had placed a dessert order and our waitress was assigned to the birthday party. We sat and sat and nothing came out. A hostess realized and went to see what was going on. Another waitress brought my very melted ice cream - so bad that I couldn't touch the cup due to the mess - a while later my husband's cookie. I finally saw our waitress who offered a replacement. Big mistake. We probably sat another 10 or 15 minutes again. By this time I had paid using their system. They finally came back with a new one, not melted, an apology with $10 to be spent there and a mention that they couldn't refund. A nice gesture, but too little, too late.
Liked: Outside seating was plentiful and comfortable.
Disliked: Service post main course was atrocious.
