l Island provided fine cuisine in a classic NYC location for lunch. I had the tomato soup then the crab cake sliders; each was tasty and in the case of the crab cakes came with several dipping sauces...

l Busy early spring day. Doors were open, so rather than wait for a table outside, we sat at bar. Had some fun with Roberta. Lobster roll was excellent, as were the bloody Mary’s.
