l Poor, unfriendly service, unpleasant atmosphere, bill was wrong (overcharged), no excuses were made for that, cold and drafty

l The service is downright bad, the waitress was cranky and unfriendly. Then there was too much on the bill, no excuse but it was amended. Check your bill if you're going to eat there.
